Lens Warranty Policy
Our lenses have the hardest, most durable surface protection available.
However, lenses can scratch or break.
Our office will review every submission, therefore lens warranty claims is done case by case.
Warranties
Scratch Resistant Warranty
This warranty applies to scratches, peeling, or crazing under normal use.
Lenses that are abused, extremely scratched, chipped, broken, or damaged during are not covered
under this warranty.
All scratch resistant coated lenses are under a 1 year, 1-time warranty.
Anti-Reflective Coating Warranty
This warranty applies to scratches, peeling, or crazing under normal use.
Lenses that are abused, extremely scratched, chipped, broken, or damaged are not covered under this
warranty.
• Crizal® No-Glare lenses are under a 1 year, 2-time warranty.
• All other anti-reflective coated lenses are under a 1 year, 1-time warranty.
Original Lenses must be returned to Master Optics Optical
Patient is responsible for Shipping & Handling costs
Patient is responsible for edging and/or polishing costs, if applicable
The Following Issues are expressly not covered under Lenses Warranty Policies
Damage caused by accidental, abuse, misuse, unusual stress, improper use or storage of product, loss of eye wear.
Damage caused by any chemical contact with the product, such as commercial cleaner, alcohol, pool chlorine, hair product, etc.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
However, lenses can scratch or break.
